🛠️ Warranty Policy

You get a 1 Year warranty for every watch.

What is covered:

Our warranty is only valid if one of the following issues occurs:

  • A diamond falls off

  • The dial is damaged

  • A watch hand comes loose or falls off

In these specific cases, we will repair the watch free of charge.

What is not covered:

The warranty does not cover:

  • Scratches or surface wear

  • Broken glass or crystal

  • Water damage

  • Battery issues (if applicable)

  • Wear and tear (e.g. strap aging or discoloration)

  • Any other damage not listed under "What is covered"
