Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy

1. No Returns or Exchanges
Many of our products—especially our watches—are handcrafted and carry a unique character. Due to the exclusive nature of our assortment, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

2. Order Cancellations

• Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing an order. After this period, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 4christ.contact@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.

• We will assess the situation and will offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.
